Fascia (a specific form of Connective tissue) is the white substance surrounding and penetrating all muscles, bones, nerves, ligaments and it even holds your organs in place. It has been recently proven to have contractile ability. It is completely continuous in its flow though the body from muscle to bone to muscle etc, in 3 dimentions. It is the organ of relationship in the body and its’ shape and tone determines the shape of our bodies.
